Prepare supporting schedules and draft financial reports while explaining material fluctuations and unusual account activity.
Audit, Tax & Compliance Support
Organize workpapers, respond to documentation requests, and maintain clear audit trails for external accountants and auditors.

- Proficiency with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting systems
- Skilled in journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets
- Experience owning close tasks and preparing financial statements and supporting schedules
- Ability to investigate variances, document conclusions, and support audit or tax requests
Senior Level
Senior Staff Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Extensive experience managing complex, high volume, or multi entity general ledgers
- Advanced reconciliations, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and close ownership
- Strong command of GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting, and audit readiness
- Experience improving accounting workflows, documenting controls, and reviewing junior work
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills with excellent stakeholder communication and judgment
Candidate compensation shown is the talent salary. TalentAux management fee is $595/mo per seat + a one time $195 setup fee.
