Junior Bookkeeper
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

- Track record of managing multiple entities or accounts with accurate, timely reporting
Senior Level
Senior Bookkeeper
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Extensive experience managing complex, high volume, or multi entity books
- Advanced reconciliations, cleanup projects, adjusting entries, and close ownership
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, internal controls, and management reporting
- Experience improving accounting workflows, documenting procedures, and guiding junior staff
- Advanced Excel skills with excellent stakeholder communication and deadline management
